Imaging Service Engineer (Boston)
Location: Boston
Salary: $100000 - $130000 + Excellent Benefits

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled Imaging Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair advanced medical imaging systems, including X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, CT, and nuclear imaging equipment. This role is essential for fostering strong customer relationships and delivering high-quality service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform on-site installations and maintenance of medical imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Engage with clients to address concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and timely service.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members; provide insights to account managers about client needs and opportunities.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, develop repair strategies, and train clients on equipment usage.
• Prioritize and schedule tasks to meet customer demands and contract requirements.
• Document service activities, including repairs and future maintenance recommendations.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company protocols, ensuring quality and safety in all tasks.
  
  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and perform physical tasks, including standing, climbing, and kneeling.
• Specific vision abilities include close and distant vision.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate Degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent military training.
• 5+ years of experience with medical imaging equipment, including X-ray, Ultrasound, MR, CT and nuclear imaging systems.
• Valid driver’s license and strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
