Role Overview:
The Imaging Field Service Engineer will support and maintain digital X-ray and imaging systems across Northern California. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance. You will collaborate with project teams, support technical pre- and post-sales efforts, and respond promptly to hardware/software issues to ensure system uptime.
Key Requirements:
• 5+ years in field service roles supporting digital X-ray, CR systems, and imaging modalities
• Expertise with leading OEMs preferred
• Strong knowledge of networking, Windows/UNIX systems, and digital imaging
• Bachelor's in technology or related field; relevant certifications (MCSE, Network+, CIIP) a plus
• Must reside in Northern California and be able to travel, including overnight stays
