Imaging & Biomedical Service Manager – Indiana Region

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (Regional Coverage)
Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 + bonus + full benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Opportunity

We are representing a well-respected and expanding independent medical imaging service provider. Due to continued growth across the Midwest, they are seeking a Service Manager to oversee field service operations across Indiana. This is a leadership-focused role ideal for someone with experience managing service delivery teams, coordinating technical operations, and driving service excellence—without being on the tools day to day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a team of field service engineers across a defined Indiana territory.

  • Oversee service operations including scheduling, workflow coordination, installations, and resource allocation.

  • Ensure performance standards and contractual service agreements are met across the region.

  • Act as a key liaison between engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.

  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of technical staff.

  • Drive continuous improvement across field operations, including customer satisfaction and process optimization.

  • Provide guidance and support to field engineers, stepping in for high-priority issues as needed—primarily in a managerial capacity.

Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience managing or leading technical field teams within a service-focused environment (medical imaging, biomedical, capital equipment, or similar industries preferred).

  • Understanding of service operations, scheduling, and field team dynamics.

  • Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities across a regional territory.

  • Willingness to travel within Indiana to support the team and operations.

  • A technical background is preferred but not essential—those with service delivery, operations, or team management experience are encouraged to apply.

What’s Offered

  • A senior operational leadership role with a trusted and growing imaging service organization.

  • Full ownership of service delivery within the Indiana region.

  • Competitive salary with bonus incentives and full benefits.

  • Company vehicle or allowance, all business travel expenses covered.

  • Career progression and influence in shaping the service structure locally.
