A client of nGenium is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to manage the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of medical systems, specifically Linear Accelerators.
Job Overview:

Perform servicing, testing, and maintenance of assigned equipment in accordance with company guidelines to ensure optimal functionality at all times, working independently.

Offer remote assistance and phone support to both customers and Field Service Engineers to resolve service needs promptly.

Manage and maintain spare parts for assigned customers, including replenishing kits for contract customers to ensure equipment operates in line with technical and safety standards, delivering high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Knowledge:

Strong professional experience in electronic and electro-mechanical engineering, with expertise in testing equipment for verifying, checking out, and calibrating electronic devices.

Prior experience working with Linear Accelerators (Linacs).

In-depth knowledge and professional experience with micro-computers and PC-based systems.

Customer-focused mindset.

Excellent communication skills in both the local language and English (written and spoken).
