Imaging Field Service Engineer

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CT/MR Field Engineer to support a rapidly growing business in the medical imaging sector. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on CT/MR equipment from various manufacturers in healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary on-site engineer for multivendor CT/MR equipment, handling service calls (contract, warranty, and billable).
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues via phone/email, working with the service team to resolve problems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance in hospitals and healthcare systems.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Manage parts inventory and accurately document service activities, including part orders, service reports, and time logs.
Qualifications:
- Experience with CT and MR modalities required.
- 5+ years of servicing medical imaging equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and legal work authorization.
- Willingness to be on-call and work a rotating schedule.
