Imaging Service Engineer
Location: Mississippi

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our client’s team, bringing expertise in mechanics, electronics, and IT to support advanced imaging equipment. This role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing ultrasound, mammography, and bone density systems. As a valued partner to our customers, you’ll ensure reliable performance and contribute to strong, ongoing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installations, routine maintenance, and adjustments for imaging systems, including ultrasound, mammography, and bone density equipment at client locations.
- Swiftly resolve technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and uphold contract standards.
- Respond to service requests with prompt, efficient solutions, adhering to agreed-upon timelines.
- Diagnose, repair, and execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
- Keep detailed records of service visits, repairs conducted, and recommended parts, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in electronics, engineering, or relevant military training (BMET).
- At least 1 year of experience with imaging equipment, particularly ultrasound, mammography, or bone density systems.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional communication style.
- Proficient with Cloud iOS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM platforms.
