Business Development Executive – Medical Devices (UK Wide)

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for medical tech? We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join a growing, fast-paced SME on a mission to make a real impact in healthcare.

This is a national role with regular UK travel, perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, is motivated by hitting targets, and loves building meaningful client relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving sales through cold outreach, events, and creative lead-gen

  • Managing a healthy pipeline and reporting on performance

  • Exploring new markets and growth opportunities

  • Collaborating across departments to tailor client solutions

  • Building strong partnerships and representing a respected medical product portfolio

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience (ideally in medtech)

  • Solid track record of smashing targets

  • Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
